Map Your Customer Journey
_edited.jpg)
A strong customer journey is the difference between guessing what your leads need, and knowing exactly how to guide them to yes.
You know your customers well. But what can be harder to be fully aware of is the journey those customers go on before they buy. You're inside your business and don't often look at it from the customer's point of view - but it's this very practise that will show you exactly how they feel, what information they need and how easy it is for them to buy from you.

Until you do that, you're creating your sales systems and assets based on pure guesswork and at real risk of losing those potential buyers.

When you map your customer journey with me we identify the gaps and work out what to do fix them.
And because I believe it is so important, I have two very distinct ways in which you can map your customer journey, depending on where you're at in your business.

Milo
Milo is an AI tool, and the name stands for
Mapping Interactions, Leaks and Opportunities.
After asking you a few short questions about your business, he will tell you where the biggest leaks are, and what to do about them.

Designed for those of you that either aren't ready or aren't able to invest in a 1:1 session yet and are happy to have a go at DIY-ing your own sales systems.

1:1 Session
A 1:1 session with me goes into more depth and is multi-layered, so we can really identify the many factors that influence whether a potential buyer will make the decision to purchase and whether your business is set up to support the process behind the scenes.

If you are entering a stage of growth in your business, now is a really good time to get on top of this task, before you consider your launch materials and sales funnel.
