Hi, I'm Helen,

I’m the founder of Process By Design.  A strategist at heart, a designer by instinct and someone who genuinely loves making things clearer and easier for people, I’ve been supporting service‑based business owners since 2006. The thing that’s never changed is that I care deeply about how things feel; for you and for your customers.

I’m not corporate or complicated. And I’m definitely not here to make you feel silly for not wanting to deal with tech. I’m here because you’ve got a business to run, clients to serve and absolutely no time for the digital tasks that keep whispering “fix me” from the background.
 

My Values

Integrity, heart, connection, curiosity and creativity sit at the core of everything I do. I’m relationship‑driven through and through, which means I want to know the person behind the business, not just the task list. That’s why so many clients stay with me long‑term or come through warm recommendations: they trust me, and I take that seriously. Your satisfaction and success matter to me. I don’t do drive‑by, surface level work. I want to know that what we’ve created together genuinely adds value, feels aligned and supports both your business and you.

My clients are smart, capable and brilliant at what they do, but when it comes to their digital systems? Well… let’s just say the enthusiasm doesn’t always match the intention.

And I know it’s niggling at you. It’s not urgent, but it’s irritating enough to sit in the back of your mind with that uncomfortable “I really should sort this” feeling. It won’t break your business today, but you know it could hold you back in the future.

After spending hours trying to fix a MailerLite tech issue, I still couldn’t figure it out. Helen spotted the problem almost immediately and had it fixed in no time.

 

It made me realise my time is far better spent on other parts of my business, so I asked her to set up the rest of my automations too.

 

Her speed, efficiency and knowledge have been a massive help and to know the tech side of my business is now taken care is a huge relief.
