Working with me is designed to be as smooth as the system we are going to build. Here's what to expect:
We start with a conversation
We get on a call to talk about your business, your growth plans, and what you need your sales system to do. It's relaxed and straightforward, and most people find it gives them a bit of clarity even before we've agreed to work together.
If we're a good fit, I'll put together a tailored quote based on exactly what your project needs. Once you're happy and the paperwork is done, we get started.
You'll always know what's happening and what's needed from you.
Once we kick off, I'll send you a clear onboarding checklist so you know exactly what I need from you to get moving, things like your brand assets, any copy, and access to your systems. After that, you'll always know which actions sit with me and which sit with you, so nothing falls through the cracks or gets held up unnecessarily.
Most of the work is done for you, not with you.
After our MAP session, I go away and build. You don't need to be involved in the detail. I'll bring each element back to you for review and approval as it's completed, so you stay in the loop without it eating into your time.
Timelines vary, but transparency doesn't.
Most projects take between one and three months from start to finish, depending on scope and complexity. I'll always be upfront about where we are, what's coming next, and if anything is likely to affect the timeline.
