THE PROCESS:
My process blends strategy, design and automation and that sits behind a framework I created called RISE (Review, Implement, Systemise, Engage).
You'll see this woven into the way I work but as a guide here is what each step looks like:
REVIEW
This is the most important step before we create anything or touch any software. We map out your customer journey - all the touchpoints from when a lead first engages with you, to the sale and beyond. Does it feel natural, does it guide them through without friction, how does it make them feel and where might you lose people throughout the process?
Seeing this mapped out really highlights the areas that need focus - we do that to fill the gaps or fix the friction to create a new solid journey.
IMPLEMENT
This is where I take your content, ideas and brief to design, create and build all the separate elements that make your sales funnel. There are usually at least 3 steps to create (sometimes more) and I will use your customer journey map to ensure that each step leads effortlessly to the next.
SYSTEMISE
This is where the magic happens, that means you can make sales 24/7 without any manual intervention. I connect all the assets I've created and automate the flow so that from the very first click of a link, the rest just seamlessly happens and guides your customer through the whole journey.
ENGAGE
This is what happens once you've made the sale - you have that customer in your world so now we look at how to keep them engaged. The best way to do this is by sending a sequence of nurture emails, newsletters and other communication to keep you top of their mind.
